3.Only give Ultimate slotted weapons to players who have a +10 ultimate weapon WITH +10 element

4. Unfriendliness to players is a bannable offense unless the player has broken in game rules.

5. Avoid insulting players, insults including "NOOB!", this also is a bannable offense.
